USB hubs link multiple devices within a system. However, they also allow electrical noise from each connected device to spread and impact the performance of each component.Â
The OMNI USB is purpose built to eliminate this problem at the source. It starts with the included USB OptiLink, which uses optical isolation to convert the incoming data signal into light. This signal is then transmitted to the OMNI USB, where it’s converted back - fully isolating input from output. In doing so, it removes electrical noise, interference, and stray currents to preserve the purity of the original data signal.Â
From there, the OMNI USB provides five ANC-enabled PurePort outputs, including two that deliver fully isolated power for bus-powered devices – ensuring every connection is clean, quiet, and uncompromised.Â
