The LAN iSilencer 4/8/12’s galvanic isolation eliminates ground-loop induced signal noise and common-mode interference – both prevalent issues within larger network-based setups – to ensure clean, stable data transmission.
In addition, passive RF filtering reduces the impact of high-frequency RFI, another bane of more comprehensive and signal-heavy setups.
Perfect Timing.
When interference is transmitted through network cabling alongside digital data, this can impact timing at the conversion stage, compromising the precision required for accurate audio and video conversion. This issue is particularly problematic in high-end AV setups, which sadly are often the exact same setups where sources of interference are at their most numerous.
By applying additional passive RF filtering after the galvanic isolation stage, the LAN iSilencer 4/8/12 removes any remaining interference to ensure the cleanest possible signal for uncompromised AV performance.
